Baskin-Robbins has opened at 2617 W. Kennewick Ave. in Kennewick. Owned by local franchisees, Kevin and Blake Still, who also own and operate the Baskin-Robbins at 140 Gage Blvd., Suite 205, in Richland, the new shop offers an expanded toppings lineup and new “ice cream novelties,” a collection of premium, frozen desserts for on-the-go. The novelties include chocolate-dipped bananas, Polar Pizza slices, smoothie bars and more.
